Just chiming in here.
I think there's like 3 members here, I posted another phishing notice on google groups to ping everyone to come here.
Let's see if we can get some games going this weekend.
I've added a Poll, pick your place and let's see where is the most popular choice for some games this weekend. My Intent is to just sit back and have some casual games as people re-learn the rules, what does what, and for those of us that are noobs can figure out what the hell all this crap does!!!

I'm in North Van, but near to the Gilmore and PoCo lines - so Connections and Hourglass work for me.
I also work at UBC, so weekdays opens up Downtown/West Side too.

I should note that Evan and I know Matt from Connections (Evan way more than me) so we also have an in there. I also know Buck from Craving for a game if Surrey Central is an option, their tables are usually full for MTG and Pokemon stuff... /sigh

One of the guys in my group knows Buck as well. A little easier for the Langley crew but I wouldn't mind going to hour glass for nostalgic purposes seeing to how that is where Marwan taught me how to play years ago (insert sparkly tear in the corner of my eye).

I'm game for playing anywhere. I'd host, but I'm in a 2 bedroom apartment. I could fit about 4 games, I picked up an el cheapo folding table from Canadian Tire for out game days. I slide the Sumo out of the living room and BAM! Private nerdatorium game lounge! Be a bit of convincing to get my GF to go for that tho. I'll work on getting her into the game first. She loves the minis. I wish Buck had more.space and could get a bit of a better deal on MonPoc boosters. He sold.me Voltron and still has one accessory pack I want to grab. I hear the Dice fade quick, spares are good.

I'll check with the GF and see if she had planed anything and let you know. I'm sitting in for a buddy from work with the on call phone because he's come down with a nasty flue which usually kills my social life while on call. But I'll let you know by tomorrow at the latest. Still need to hook up for some trades too. I'll pm you about that in a bit here too...

So it sounds like there may be three of you playing this weekend. What time and where? Have you decided? Monday may also be an option but Sunday I have no chance as it's my nephew's B-day. i have a 50% chance of making it out on Saturday or Monday.

I'm hoping we can get a few digs in this weekend. I have an official ok for games now. Maybe hit up the Connections on granview highway and Renfrew? Its an easy shoot for Evan, damn ground pounders... But honestly I'm up for anywhere.

I know Connections. I've been there once for an x-wing tournament. No problem.
If Evan needs a team, no worries, I have 9 different factions organised in bins. Just ask him what he is most interested in playing and I'll bring a bin. I have:
